Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Pound chicken breasts to even thickness. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Rub the mixture all over the chicken. Marinate for at least 15 minutes (or longer in the refrigerator).
